9 The coming of the lawless one is (A)according to the working of Satan, with all power, (B)signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among (C)those who perish, because they did not receive (D)the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And (E)for this reason God will send them strong delusion, (F)that they should believe the lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but (G)had pleasure in unrighteousness.

9 The coming of the [Antichrist, the lawless] one is through the activity of Satan, [attended] with great power [all kinds of counterfeit miracles] and [deceptive] signs and false wonders [all of them lies], 10 and by unlimited seduction to evil and with all the deception of wickedness for those who are perishing, because they did not welcome the love of the truth [of the gospel] so as to be saved [they were spiritually blind, and rejected the truth that would have saved them]. 11 Because of this God will send upon them a misleading influence, [an activity of error and deception] so they will believe the lie, 12 in order that all may be judged and condemned who did not believe the truth [about their sin, and the need for salvation through Christ], but instead took pleasure in unrighteousness.

9 The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan(A) works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders(B) that serve the lie, 10 and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing.(C) They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.(D) 11 For this reason God sends them(E) a powerful delusion(F) so that they will believe the lie(G) 12 and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.(H)
