Christian Standard Bible
Conclusion
14 Therefore, dear friends, while you wait for these things, make every effort to be found without spot or blemish in his sight, at peace.(A) 15 Also, regard the patience of our Lord as salvation, just as our dear brother Paul has written to you according to the wisdom given to him.(B) 16 He speaks about these things in all his letters. New Living Translation
14 And so, dear friends, while you are waiting for these things to happen, make every effort to be found living peaceful lives that are pure and blameless in his sight.
15 And remember, our Lord’s patience gives people time to be saved. This is what our beloved brother Paul also wrote to you with the wisdom God gave him— 16 speaking of these things in all of his letters. And this will result in their destruction.

New International Version
14 So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless(A) and at peace with him. 15 Bear in mind that our Lord’s patience(B) means salvation,(C) just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him.(D) 16 He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable(E) people distort,(F) as they do the other Scriptures,(G) to their own destruction.
