7 Many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh; any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist!(A) 8 Be on your guard, so that you do not lose what we[a] have worked for but may receive a full reward.(B) 9 Everyone who does not abide in the teaching of Christ, but goes beyond it,[b] does not have God; whoever abides in the teaching[c] has both the Father and the Son.(C) 10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive and welcome this person into your house,(D) 11 for to welcome is to participate in the evil deeds of such a person.(E)

This is (D)the deceiver and the (E)antichrist. 8 (F)Watch yourselves, (G)that you do not lose what we have accomplished, but that you may receive a full reward. 9 [a]Anyone who [b]goes too far and (H)does not remain in the teaching of Christ, does not have God; the one who remains in the teaching has both the Father and the Son. 10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, (I)do not receive him into your house, and do not [c]give him a greeting; 11 for the one who [d]gives him a greeting [e](J)participates in his evil deeds.
