2 Corinthians 11:7-11
New English Translation
7 Or did I commit a sin by humbling myself[a] so that you could be exalted, because I proclaimed[b] the gospel of God to you free of charge? 8 I robbed other churches by receiving support from them so that I could serve you![c] 9 When[d] I was with you and was in need, I was not a burden to anyone, for the brothers who came from Macedonia fully supplied my needs.[e] I[f] kept myself from being a burden to you in any way, and will continue to do so. 10 As the truth of Christ is in me, this boasting of mine[g] will not be stopped[h] in the regions of Achaia. 11 Why? Because I do not love you? God knows I do![i]

Lexham English Bible
7 Or did I commit a sin by[a] humbling myself in order that you may be exalted, because I proclaimed the gospel of God to you without payment? 8 I robbed other churches by[b] accepting support from them for the ministry to you. 9 And when I[c] was present with you and was in need, I did not burden anyone, for the brothers who came from Macedonia supplied my need, and in everything I kept myself from being a burden to you, and will keep myself from being a burden. 10 As the truth of Christ is in me, this boasting of mine[d] will not be stopped in the regions of Achaia. 11 Why[e]? Because I do not love you? God knows I do!
