30 If I have to boast, I will boast of what pertains to my (A)weakness. 31 The God and Father of the Lord Jesus, (B)He who is blessed forever, (C)knows that I am not lying. 32 In (D)Damascus the ethnarch under Aretas the king was (E)guarding the city of the Damascenes in order to seize me, 33 and I was let down in a basket (F)through a window [a]in the wall, and so escaped his hands.

30 If it’s necessary to brag, I’ll brag about my weaknesses. 31 The God and Father of the Lord Jesus, the one who is blessed forever, knows that I’m not lying. 32 At Damascus the governor under King Aretas was guarding the city of Damascus in order to capture me, 33 but I got away from him by being lowered in a basket through a window in the city wall.
