2 Corinthians 10:7-11
New American Standard Bible
7 [a](A)You are looking at [b]things as they are outwardly. (B)If anyone is confident in himself that he is Christ’s, have him consider this again within himself, that just as he is Christ’s, (C)so too are we. 8 For if (D)I boast somewhat [c]more about our (E)authority, which the Lord gave for building you up and not for destroying you, I will not be put to shame, 9 [d]for I do not want to seem as if I would terrify you by my letters. 10 For they say, “His letters are weighty and strong, but his [e]personal presence is (F)unimpressive and (G)his speech contemptible.” 11 Have such a person consider this, that what we are in word by letters when absent, such persons we are also in deed when present.

2 Corinthians 10:7-11
Revised Standard Version
7 Look at what is before your eyes. If any one is confident that he is Christ’s, let him remind himself that as he is Christ’s, so are we. 8 For even if I boast a little too much of our authority, which the Lord gave for building you up and not for destroying you, I shall not be put to shame. 9 I would not seem to be frightening you with letters. 10 For they say, “His letters are weighty and strong, but his bodily presence is weak, and his speech of no account.” 11 Let such people understand that what we say by letter when absent, we do when present.
