2 Chronicles 7:8-10
New English Translation
8 At that time Solomon and all Israel with him celebrated a festival for seven days. This great assembly included people from Lebo Hamath in the north to the Stream of Egypt in the south.[a] 9 On the eighth day they held an assembly, for they had dedicated the altar for seven days and celebrated the festival for seven more days. 10 On the twenty-third day of the seventh month, Solomon[b] sent the people home. They left[c] happy and contented[d] because of the good the Lord had done for David, Solomon, and his people Israel.

8 At that time Solomon held the festival for seven days, and all Israel with him, a very great congregation, from Lebo-hamath to the Wadi of Egypt.(A) 9 On the eighth day they held a solemn assembly, for they had observed the dedication of the altar seven days and the festival seven days.(B) 10 On the twenty-third day of the seventh month he sent the people away to their homes, joyful and in good spirits because of the goodness that the Lord had shown to David and to Solomon and to his people Israel.(C)
