⁶ For among them are ^(A)those who creep into households and capture weak women, burdened with sins and led astray by various passions, ⁷ always learning and never able to ^(B)arrive at a knowledge of the truth.

^19 (A)You believe that God is one; you do well. Even ^(B)the demons believe—and shudder! ²⁰ Do you want to be shown, you foolish person, that faith apart from works is useless?

^16 (A)All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, ¹⁷ that ^(B)the man of God^[a] may be complete, ^(C)equipped ^(D)for every good work.
