Then David said to him, “Do not be afraid, for (A)I will assuredly show kindness to you for the sake of your father Jonathan, and I (B)will restore to you all the [a]land of your [b]grandfather Saul; and (C)you yourself shall [c]eat at my table regularly.” Again he prostrated himself, and said, “What is your servant, that you should be concerned about (D)a dead dog like me?”

Then the king summoned Saul’s servant Ziba and said to him, “(E)Everything that belonged to Saul and to all his house I have given to your master’s [d]grandson.
