³ The God of Israel said,
^(A)The Rock of Israel spoke to me:
‘He who rules over men must be just,
Ruling ^(B)in the fear of God.

^3 [a]Defend the poor and fatherless;
Do justice to the afflicted and ^(A)needy.

⁴ Deliver the poor and needy;
Free them from the hand of the wicked.
