26 And when he polled his head, (for at every year’s end he polled it: because it was too heavy for him, therefore he polled it) he weighed the hair of his head at two hundred [a]shekels by the king’s weight.
27 And Absalom had three sons, and one daughter named Tamar, which was a fair woman to look upon.
28 ¶ So Absalom dwelt the space of two years in Jerusalem, and saw not the king’s face.

26 Cuando se cortaba el cabello (lo cual hacía al fin de cada año, pues le causaba molestia, y por eso se lo cortaba), pesaba el cabello de su cabeza doscientos siclos de peso real. 27 Y le nacieron a Absalón tres hijos, y una hija que se llamó Tamar, la cual era mujer de hermoso semblante.
28 Y estuvo Absalón por espacio de dos años en Jerusalén, y no vio el rostro del rey.
