²⁷ For You, O Lord of hosts, God of Israel, have revealed this to Your servant, saying, ‘I will build you a house.’ Therefore Your servant has found it in his heart to pray this prayer to You.

²⁵ For You, O my God, ^[a]have revealed to Your servant that You will build him a house. Therefore Your servant has found it in his heart to pray before You. ²⁶ And now, Lord, ^[b]You are God, and have promised this goodness to Your servant.

⁴ And I thought to ^[a]inform you, saying, ^(A)‘Buy it back ^(B)in the presence of the inhabitants and the elders of my people. If you will redeem it, redeem it; but if ^[b]you will not redeem it, then tell me, that I may know; ^(C)for there is no one but you to redeem it, and I am next after you.’ ”

And he said, “I will redeem it.”
