⁸ And David was angry because the Lord had broken out against Uzzah. And that place is called Perez-uzzah^[a] to this day.

⁹ But God said to Jonah, ^(A)“Do you do well to be angry for the plant?” And he said, “Yes, I do well to be angry, angry enough to die.”

Jonah's Anger and the Lord's Compassion

4 But it displeased Jonah exceedingly,^[a] and ^(A)he was angry.

¹¹ And David was angry because the Lord had broken out against Uzzah. And that place is called Perez-uzza^[a] to this day. ¹² And David was afraid of God that day, and he said, “How can I bring the ark of God home to me?”
