⁴ And ^(A)he shall be like the light of the morning when the sun rises,
A morning without clouds,
Like the tender grass springing out of the earth,
By clear shining after rain.’

^6 (A)He shall come down like rain upon the grass before mowing,
Like showers that water the earth.

⁵ Therefore I have hewn them by the prophets,
I have slain them by ^(A)the words of My mouth;
And ^[a]your judgments are like light that goes forth.

^36 (A)His seed shall endure forever,
And his throne ^(B)as the sun before Me;

⁷⁸ Through the tender mercy of our God,
With which the ^[a]Dayspring from on high ^[b]has visited us;
^79 (A)To give light to those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death,
To ^(B)guide our feet into the way of peace.”

² But to you who ^(A)fear My name
The ^(B)Sun of Righteousness shall arise
With healing in His wings;
And you shall go out
And grow fat like stall-fed calves.
