24 Pero Jehú, que ya había tensado su arco, disparó a Jorán por la espalda y la flecha le atravesó el corazón. Jorán se desplomó en el carro 25 y Jehú ordenó a su ayudante Bidcar:
—Saca el cadáver y tíralo en el terreno que fue propiedad de Nabot, el jezrelita. Recuerda el día en que tú y yo conducíamos juntos detrás de Acab, padre de Jorán, y el Señor pronunció contra él esta sentencia:

24 Pero Jehú tendió su arco y disparó una flecha contra Joram, la cual le entró por la espalda y le atravesó el corazón, y Joram cayó herido de muerte sobre su carro. 25 Jehú ordenó entonces a Bidcar, su ayudante:
—Sácalo de ahí y échalo en el campo de Nabot de Jezreel, porque recuerdo que cuando tú y yo conducíamos juntos los carros de combate de Ahab, su padre, el Señor pronunció esta sentencia contra él:

23 Then Joram turned around and fled, and said to Ahaziah, “Treachery, Ahaziah!” 24 Now Jehu [a]drew his bow with full strength and shot Jehoram between his arms; and the arrow came out at his heart, and he sank down in his chariot. 25 Then Jehu said to Bidkar his captain, “Pick him up, and throw him into the tract of the field of Naboth the Jezreelite; for remember, when you and I were riding together behind Ahab his father, that (A)the Lord laid this (B)burden upon him:

23 Joram turned about and fled, calling out to Ahaziah, “Treachery,(A) Ahaziah!”
24 Then Jehu drew his bow(B) and shot Joram between the shoulders. The arrow pierced his heart and he slumped down in his chariot. 25 Jehu said to Bidkar, his chariot officer, “Pick him up and throw him on the field that belonged to Naboth the Jezreelite. Remember how you and I were riding together in chariots behind Ahab his father when the Lord spoke this prophecy(C) against him:
