Apostates Depraved and Doomed

¹² These are ^[a]spots in your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear, serving only themselves. They are clouds without water, carried ^[b]about by the winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots; ^13 (A)raging waves of the sea, ^(B)foaming up their own shame; wandering stars ^(C)for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.

¹⁴ that we should no longer be ^(A)children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of ^(B)deceitful plotting,

⁶ And the angels who did not keep their ^[a]proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day;

Doom of False Teachers

⁴ For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to ^[a]hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment;

³⁰ And cast the unprofitable servant ^(A)into the outer darkness. ^(B)There will be weeping and ^(C)gnashing of teeth.’

¹³ Then the king said to the servants, ‘Bind him hand and foot, ^[a]take him away, and cast him ^(A)into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’
