2 na dapat ninyong maalala ang mga salitang ipinahayag noong una ng mga banal na propeta, at ang utos ng Panginoon at Tagapagligtas sa pamamagitan ng inyong mga apostol!
3 Una(A) sa lahat, dapat ninyong malaman ito, na sa mga huling araw ay darating ang mga manlilibak, na manlilibak at lumalakad ayon sa kanilang sariling mga pagnanasa,
4 at magsasabi, “Nasaan ang pangako ng kanyang pagdating? Sapagkat, buhat pa nang mamatay[a] ang ating mga ninuno, nananatili ang lahat ng mga bagay sa dati nilang kalagayan mula nang pasimula ng paglalang.”
