8 Nu har jag kommit ner för att befria mitt folk från egypterna och föra det ut ur Egypten till ett mycket gott land, ett stort land som flyter av mjölk och honung. Där bor nu kanaanéer, hettiter, amoréer, perisséer, hivéer och jevuséer. 9 Ja, ropet från Israels folk har stigit upp till mig, och jag har själv sett hur egypterna förtrycker dem. 10 Gå! Jag sänder dig till farao för att du ska leda mitt folk, israeliterna, ut ur Egypten.”

8 So I have come down(A) to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land,(B) a land flowing with milk and honey(C)—the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites(D) and Jebusites.(E) 9 And now the cry of the Israelites has reached me, and I have seen the way the Egyptians are oppressing(F) them. 10 So now, go. I am sending(G) you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt.”(H)

10 Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt.
