^18 (A)to open their eyes, so that they may turn from darkness to light and from ^(B)the power of Satan to God, that they may receive ^(C)forgiveness of sins and ^(D)a place among those who are sanctified ^(E)by faith in me.’

³ For the time that is past ^(A)suffices ^(B)for doing what the Gentiles want to do, living in sensuality, passions, drunkenness, orgies, drinking parties, and lawless idolatry.

Do Not Pass Judgment on One Another

14 As for ^(A)the one who is weak in faith, welcome him, but not to quarrel over opinions.

¹² Are not Abana^[a] and Pharpar, the rivers of ^(A)Damascus, better than all the waters of Israel? Could I not wash in them and be clean?” So he turned and went away in a rage.
