Moab Rebels Against Israel

3 ^(A)In the eighteenth year of Jehoshaphat king of Judah, Jehoram the son of Ahab became king over Israel in Samaria, and he reigned twelve years.

¹⁷ So he died according to the word of the Lord that Elijah had spoken. Jehoram became king in his place ^(A)in the second year of Jehoram the son of Jehoshaphat, king of Judah, because Ahaziah had no son.

¹⁶ In the fifth year of ^(A)Joram the son of Ahab, king of Israel, when Jehoshaphat was king of Judah,^[a] Jehoram the son of Jehoshaphat, king of Judah, began to reign.

⁵¹ Ahaziah the son of Ahab ^(A)began to reign over Israel in Samaria in the seventeenth year of Jehoshaphat king of Judah, and he reigned two years over Israel.
