²² The people of Israel continued in all the sins that Jeroboam committed; they did not depart from them

⁹ He did what was evil in the sight of the Lord, as his ancestors had done. He did not depart from the sins of Jeroboam son of Nebat that he caused Israel to sin.

¹¹ He also did what was evil in the sight of the Lord; he did not depart from all the sins of Jeroboam son of Nebat that he caused Israel to sin, but he walked in them.

⁶ Nevertheless, they did not depart from the sins of the house of Jeroboam that he caused Israel to sin but walked^[a] in them; the sacred pole^[b] also remained in Samaria.^(A)

³¹ But Jehu was not careful to follow the law of the Lord the God of Israel with all his heart; he did not turn from the sins of Jeroboam that he caused Israel to commit.^(A)

²⁹ But Jehu did not turn aside from the sins of Jeroboam son of Nebat that he caused Israel to commit: the golden calves that were in Bethel and in Dan.^(A)

³ Nevertheless, he clung to the sin of Jeroboam son of Nebat that he caused Israel to commit; he did not depart from it.^(A)
