¹⁶ So they seized her as she reached the place where the horses enter^(A) the palace grounds, and there she was put to death.^(B)

⁵ Then I heard the angel in charge of the waters say:

⁷ And I heard the altar^(F) respond:

¹³ because judgment without mercy will be shown to anyone who has not been merciful.^(A) Mercy triumphs over judgment.

² For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.^(A)

¹⁵ So they seized her as she reached the entrance of the Horse Gate^(A) on the palace grounds, and there they put her to death.

⁷ Then Adoni-Bezek said, “Seventy kings with their thumbs and big toes cut off have picked up scraps under my table. Now God has paid me back^(A) for what I did to them.” They brought him to Jerusalem,^(B) and he died there.
