2 Esdras 9:35-37

³⁵ they are destroyed, but the things that held them remain; yet with us it has not been so. ³⁶ For we who have received the law and sinned will perish, as well as our heart which received it; ³⁷ the law, however, does not perish but remains in its glory.”
