15 El rey hizo que en Jerusalén hubiera tanta plata y oro como piedras; y que abundara el cedro como las higueras silvestres en la llanura. 16 Los caballos para Salomón eran llevados de Musri y de Cilicia, pues los comerciantes de la corte los compraban allí. 17 Un carro importado de Egipto valía seiscientas monedas de plata, y un caballo, ciento cincuenta. Y todos los reyes hititas y sirios los compraban por medio de los agentes de Salomón.

2 Chronicles 1:15-17
New International Version
15 The king made silver and gold(A) as common in Jerusalem as stones, and cedar as plentiful as sycamore-fig trees in the foothills. 16 Solomon’s horses were imported from Egypt and from Kue[a]—the royal merchants purchased them from Kue at the current price. 17 They imported a chariot(B) from Egypt for six hundred shekels[b] of silver, and a horse for a hundred and fifty.[c] They also exported them to all the kings of the Hittites and of the Arameans.
