¹⁶También esperamos extendernos y anunciar el evangelio en lugares más allá de donde están ustedes, pero sin meternos en campos ajenos, para no gloriarnos de los trabajos que otros han hecho.

¹⁷Si alguno quiere gloriarse, que se gloríe del Señor. ¹⁸Porque el hombre digno de aprobación no es el que se alaba a sí mismo, sino aquel a quien el Señor alaba.

¹⁶to preach the gospel in the regions beyond you, and not to boast in another man’s sphere of accomplishment.

¹⁷But ^(A)“he who glories, let him glory in the Lord.” ¹⁸For ^(B)not he who commends himself is approved, but ^(C)whom the Lord commends.
