10 For all of us must appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each may receive recompense for what has been done in the body, whether good or evil.
The Ministry of Reconciliation
11 Therefore, knowing the fear of the Lord, we try to persuade others; but we ourselves are well known to God, and I hope that we are also well known to your consciences. 12 We are not commending ourselves to you again, but giving you an opportunity to boast about us, so that you may be able to answer those who boast in outward appearance and not in the heart. 13 For if we are beside ourselves, it is for God; if we are in our right mind, it is for you. 14 For the love of Christ urges us on, because we are convinced that one has died for all; therefore all have died. 15 And he died for all, so that those who live might live no longer for themselves, but for him who died and was raised for them.
16 From now on, therefore, we regard no one from a human point of view;[a] even though we once knew Christ from a human point of view,[b] we know him no longer in that way. 17 So if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation: everything old has passed away; see, everything has become new! 18 All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself,[c] not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting the message of reconciliation to us.

11 (A)Consapevoli dunque del timore che si deve avere del Signore, cerchiamo di convincere gli uomini; e Dio ci conosce a fondo, e spero che nelle vostre coscienze anche voi ci conosciate. 12 Non ci raccomandiamo[a] di nuovo a voi, ma vi diamo l’occasione di essere fieri di noi, affinché abbiate di che rispondere a quelli che si vantano di ciò che è apparenza e non di ciò che è nel cuore. 13 Perché se siamo fuor di senno è per Dio, e se siamo di buon senno è per voi; 14 infatti l’amore di Cristo ci costringe, perché siamo giunti a questa conclusione: che uno solo morì per tutti, quindi tutti morirono[b]; 15 e che egli morì per tutti, affinché quelli che vivono non vivano più per se stessi, ma per colui che è morto e risuscitato per loro. 16 Quindi, da ora in poi, noi non conosciamo più nessuno da un punto di vista umano[c]; e se anche abbiamo conosciuto Cristo da un punto di vista umano, ora però non lo conosciamo più così. 17 Se dunque uno è in Cristo, egli è una nuova creatura; le cose vecchie sono passate: ecco, [tutte le cose] sono diventate nuove. 18 E tutto questo viene da Dio, che ci ha riconciliati con sé per mezzo di [Gesù] Cristo e ci ha affidato il ministero della riconciliazione. 19 Infatti Dio era in Cristo[d] nel riconciliare con sé il mondo, non imputando agli uomini le loro colpe, e ha messo in noi la parola della riconciliazione.

10 Denn wir alle müssen vor dem Richterstuhl des Christus offenbar werden, damit jeder das empfängt, was er durch den Leib gewirkt hat, es sei gut oder böse.

11 In dem Bewusstsein, dass der Herr zu fürchten ist, suchen wir daher die Menschen zu überzeugen, Gott aber sind wir offenbar; ich hoffe aber auch in eurem Gewissen offenbar zu sein.
12 Denn wir empfehlen uns nicht nochmals selbst euch gegenüber, sondern wir geben euch Gelegenheit, euch unsretwegen zu rühmen, damit ihr es denen entgegenhalten könnt, die sich des Äußeren rühmen, aber nicht des Herzens.
13 Denn wenn wir je außer uns waren, so waren wir es für Gott; wenn wir besonnen sind, so sind wir es für euch.
14 Denn die Liebe des Christus drängt uns, da wir von diesem überzeugt sind: Wenn einer für alle gestorben ist, so sind sie alle gestorben;
15 und er ist deshalb für alle gestorben, damit die, welche leben, nicht mehr für sich selbst leben, sondern für den, der für sie gestorben und auferstanden ist.
16 So kennen wir denn von nun an niemand mehr nach dem Fleisch; wenn wir aber auch Christus nach dem Fleisch gekannt haben, so kennen wir ihn doch nicht mehr so.
17 Darum: Ist jemand in Christus, so ist er eine neue Schöpfung; das Alte ist vergangen; siehe, es ist alles neu geworden!
18 Das alles aber [kommt] von Gott, der uns mit sich selbst versöhnt hat durch Jesus Christus und uns den Dienst der Versöhnung gegeben hat;
19 weil nämlich Gott in Christus war und die Welt mit sich selbst versöhnte, indem er ihnen ihre Sünden nicht anrechnete und das Wort der Versöhnung in uns legte.

Krisztus szeretete sürget bennünket
11 Mi tudjuk, mit jelent az Urat tisztelni és félni, ezért igyekszünk meggyőzni az embereket az igazságról. Isten számára teljesen nyilvánvaló, hogy mi valójában kik vagyunk. Reméljük azonban, hogy ez a ti számotokra is nyilvánvaló! 12 Nem is akarjuk magunkat újra ajánlgatni, inkább lehetőséget adunk nektek, hogy ti dicsekedjetek velünk. Így majd meg tudtok felelni azoknak, akik a külső látszattal dicsekednek, nem azzal, ami a szívben van.
13 Ha egyesek úgy gondolják, hogy magunkon kívül vagyunk, az Istenért van, ha pedig józanok vagyunk, az a ti kedvetekért. 14 Mert bennünket Krisztus szeretete szorongat és sürget. Meg vagyunk győződve róla, hogy ha egy ember — Jézus — meghalt mindenkiért, akkor valójában minden ember meghalt. 15 Jézus pedig azért halt meg mindenkiért, hogy akik élnek, többé ne önmaguknak éljenek. Igen, ő meghalt és feltámadt, hogy az emberek érte éljenek.
16 Ezért mostantól fogva nem úgy tekintünk az emberekre, ahogyan a hitetlenek. Igaz, régen mi is úgy gondolkoztunk Krisztusról, mint ők, de ez már teljesen megváltozott. 17 Így hát, ha valaki Krisztussal egyesült, akkor új teremtménnyé lett! 11 C’est pourquoi, sachant ce qu’est la crainte du Seigneur, nous cherchons à convaincre les hommes, et Dieu sait parfaitement ce que nous sommes. J’espère d’ailleurs que, dans votre conscience, vous le savez, vous aussi.
12 Nous ne nous recommandons pas à nouveau auprès de vous. Nous voulons seulement vous donner de bonnes raisons d’être fiers de nous. Ainsi vous saurez répondre à ceux qui trouvent des raisons de se vanter dans les apparences et non dans leur cœur. 13 Quant à nous, s’il nous est arrivé de dépasser la mesure, c’est pour Dieu. Si nous montrons de la modération, c’est pour vous.
14 En effet, l’amour de Christ nous étreint, car nous avons acquis la certitude qu’un seul homme est mort pour tous : donc tous sont morts en lui. 15 Et il est mort pour tous afin que ceux qui vivent ne vivent plus pour eux-mêmes, mais pour celui qui est mort à leur place et ressuscité pour eux.
16 Ainsi, désormais, nous ne considérons plus personne d’une manière purement humaine. Certes, autrefois, nous avons considéré Christ de cette manière, mais ce n’est plus ainsi que nous le considérons maintenant.
17 Ainsi, si quelqu’un est uni à Christ, il appartient à une nouvelle création[a] : les choses anciennes sont passées : voici, les choses nouvelles sont venues[b]. 18 Tout cela est l’œuvre de Dieu, qui nous a réconciliés avec lui par Christ et qui nous a confié le ministère de la réconciliation. 19 En effet, Dieu était en Christ, réconciliant les hommes avec lui-même, sans tenir compte de leurs fautes, et il a fait de nous les dépositaires du message de la réconciliation.
