¹³ And since we have ^(A)the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, ^(B)“I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak,

^8 (A)For by grace you have been saved ^(B)through faith, and that not of yourselves; ^(C)it is the gift of God,

Israel Rejects the Gospel

¹⁴ How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear ^(A)without a preacher?

¹⁷ So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
