¹¹ We have spoken freely to you,^[a] Corinthians; ^(A)our heart is wide open.

¹² “Behold, ^(A)I am coming soon, ^(B)bringing my recompense with me, ^(C)to repay each one for what he has done.

¹⁵ And you Philippians yourselves know that ^(A)in the beginning of the gospel, when I left Macedonia, ^(B)no church entered into partnership with me in giving and receiving, except you only.

⁸ For ^(A)God is my witness, ^(B)how I yearn for you all with the affection of Christ Jesus.

^15 (A)I will most gladly spend and be spent for your souls. If ^(B)I love you more, am I to be loved less?

^8 (A)knowing that whatever good anyone does, this he will receive back from the Lord, ^(B)whether he is a bondservant or is free.

By Faith, or by Works of the Law?

3 O foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you? ^(A)It was before your eyes that Jesus Christ was publicly ^(B)portrayed as crucified.

³ I do not say this to condemn you, for I said before that ^(A)you are in our hearts, to die together and to live together. ⁴ I am acting with ^(B)great boldness toward you; ^(C)I have great pride in you; ^(D)I am filled with comfort. In all our affliction, I am overflowing with joy.

⁴ For ^(A)I wrote to you out of much affliction and anguish of heart and with many tears, not to cause you pain but to let you know the abundant love that I have for you.
