⁴ For if he who comes preaches another Jesus whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a ^(A)different gospel which you have not accepted—you may well put up with it!

Only One Gospel

⁶ I marvel that you are turning away so soon ^(A)from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, ^7 (B)which is not another; but there are some ^(C)who trouble you and want to ^(D)pervert^[a] the gospel of Christ. ⁸ But even if ^(E)we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be ^[b]accursed.

¹¹ For no other foundation can anyone lay than ^(A)that which is laid, ^(B)which is Jesus Christ.

^5 (A)For there is one God and ^(B)one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus,

^4 (A)There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; ^5 (B)one Lord, ^(C)one faith, ^(D)one baptism;

^4 (A)There are ^[a]diversities of gifts, but ^(B)the same Spirit. ^5 (C)There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. ⁶ And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God ^(D)who works ^[b]all in all. ⁷ But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: ⁸ for to one is given ^(E)the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another ^(F)the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, ^9 (G)to another faith by the same Spirit, to another ^(H)gifts of healings by ^[c]the same Spirit, ^10 (I)to another the working of miracles, to another ^(J)prophecy, to another ^(K)discerning of spirits, to another ^(L)different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. ¹¹ But one and the same Spirit works all these things, ^(M)distributing to each one individually ^(N)as He wills.

¹⁵ For ^(A)you did not receive the spirit of bondage again ^(B)to fear, but you received the ^(C)Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, ^(D)“Abba,^[a] Father.”

^12 (A)Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

² This only I want to learn from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, ^(A)or by the hearing of faith?
