¹⁵ Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also transform themselves into ministers of righteousness, ^(A)whose end will be according to their works.

^19 (A)whose end is destruction, ^(B)whose god is their belly, and ^(C)whose glory is in their shame—^(D)who set their mind on earthly things.

⁴ For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord ^[a]God and our Lord Jesus Christ.

¹¹ And they had as king over them ^(A)the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is ^[a]Abaddon, but in Greek he has the name ^[b]Apollyon.

⁹ For if the ministry of condemnation had glory, the ministry ^(A)of righteousness exceeds much more in glory.

⁷ Now when the thousand years have expired, Satan will be released from his prison ⁸ and will go out ^(B)to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, ^(C)Gog and Magog, ^(D)to gather them together to battle, whose number is as the sand of the sea. ^9 (E)They went up on the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. And fire came down from God out of heaven and devoured them. ¹⁰ The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone ^(F)where^[a] the beast and the false prophet are. And they ^(G)will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

² He laid hold of ^(A)the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years; ³ and he cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and ^(B)set a seal on him, ^(C)so that he should deceive the nations no more till the thousand years were finished. But after these things he must be released for a little while.
