^11 (A)You also must help us by prayer, so that many will give thanks on our behalf ^(B)for the blessing granted us through the prayers of many.

¹⁹ for I know that ^(A)through your prayers and ^(B)the help of ^(C)the Spirit of Jesus Christ this will turn out for my deliverance,

⁵ So Peter was kept in prison, but earnest ^(A)prayer for him was made to God by the church.

¹⁵ For ^(A)it is all for your sake, so that as ^(B)grace extends to more and more people it may increase thanksgiving, ^(C)to the glory of God.

²² At the same time, prepare a guest room for me, for ^(A)I am hoping that ^(B)through your prayers ^(C)I will be graciously given to you.

Pray for Us

3 Finally, brothers,^{[a] (A)}pray for us, that ^(B)the word of the Lord may speed ahead and be honored,^[b] as happened among you,

^18 (A)Pray for us, for we are sure that we have a clear conscience, desiring to act honorably in all things.

³ At the same time, pray also for us, that God may ^(A)open to us a door for the word, ^(B)to declare the mystery of Christ, ^(C)on account of which I am in prison—

³⁰ I appeal to you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by ^(A)the love of the Spirit, ^(B)to strive together with me in your prayers to God on my behalf, ^31 (C)that I may be delivered from the unbelievers in Judea, and that ^(D)my service for Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints, ³² so that by God's will I may come to you with joy and ^(E)be refreshed in your company.
