2 Chronicles 32:29-31

29 He made cities for himself, and he acquired vast numbers of flocks and herds, for God gave him abundant possessions.
30 This same Hezekiah blocked the upper outlet of the water from the Gihon Spring(A) and channelled it smoothly downwards and westwards to the city of David.(B) Hezekiah succeeded in everything he did. 31 When the ambassadors of Babylon’s rulers(C) were sent[a] to him to enquire about the miraculous sign(D) that happened in the land, God left him to test him and discover what was in his heart.(E)

29 Moreover he provided cities for himself, and possessions of flocks and herds in abundance; for (A)God had given him very much property. 30 (B)This same Hezekiah also stopped the water outlet of Upper Gihon, and [a]brought the water by tunnel to the west side of the City of David. Hezekiah (C)prospered in all his works.
31 However, regarding the ambassadors of the princes of Babylon, whom they (D)sent to him to inquire about the wonder that was done in the land, God withdrew from him, in order to (E)test him, that He might know all that was in his heart.
