^18 (A)And Hiram sent him ships by the hand of his servants, and servants who knew the sea. They went with the servants of Solomon to ^(B)Ophir, and acquired four hundred and fifty talents of gold from there, and brought it to King Solomon.

¹⁰ Also, the servants of Hiram and the servants of Solomon, ^(A)who brought gold from Ophir, brought ^[a]algum wood and precious stones.

^13 (B)The weight of gold that came to Solomon yearly was six hundred and sixty-six talents of gold,

^8 (A)I also gathered for myself silver and gold and the special treasures of kings and of the provinces. I acquired male and female singers, the delights of the sons of men, and ^[a]musical instruments of all kinds.

²² For the king had ^(A)merchant^[a] ships at sea with the fleet of Hiram. Once every three years the merchant ^(B)ships came bringing gold, silver, ivory, apes, and ^[b]monkeys.

^27 (A)Then Hiram sent his servants with the fleet, seamen who knew the sea, to work with the servants of Solomon. ²⁸ And they went to ^(B)Ophir, and acquired four hundred and twenty talents of gold from there, and brought it to King Solomon.
