³¹ Then Hezekiah answered and said, “Now that you have consecrated yourselves to the Lord, come near, and bring sacrifices and ^(A)thank offerings into the house of the Lord.” So the assembly brought in sacrifices and thank offerings, and as many as were of a ^(B)willing heart brought burnt offerings.

^9 (A)Have you not cast out the priests of the Lord, the sons of Aaron, and the Levites, and made for yourselves priests, like the peoples of other lands, ^(B)so that whoever comes to consecrate himself with a young bull and seven rams may be a priest of ^(C)things that are not gods?

²² They came, both men and women, as many as had a willing heart, and brought ^(A)earrings and nose rings, rings and necklaces, all ^(B)jewelry of gold, that is, every man who made an offering of gold to the Lord.

^38 (A)besides the Sabbaths of the Lord, besides your gifts, besides all your vows, and besides all your freewill offerings which you give to the Lord.

¹² If he offers it for a thanksgiving, then he shall offer, with the sacrifice of thanksgiving, unleavened cakes mixed with oil, unleavened wafers ^(A)anointed with oil, or cakes of blended flour mixed with oil.

The Burnt Offering

1 Now the Lord ^(A)called to Moses, and spoke to him ^(B)from the tabernacle of meeting, saying, ² “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ^(C)‘When any one of you brings an offering to the Lord, you shall bring your offering of the livestock—of the herd and of the flock.

³ ‘If his offering is a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male ^(D)without blemish; he shall offer it of his own free will at the door of the tabernacle of meeting before the Lord.

⁵ ‘Take from among you an offering to the Lord. ^(A)Whoever is of a willing heart, let him bring it as an offering to the Lord: ^(B)gold, silver, and bronze;
