⁸ But go, act, be strong for the battle. Why should you suppose that God will cast you down before the enemy? ^(A)For God has power to help or to cast down.”

¹¹ And Asa ^(A)cried to the Lord his God, “O Lord, there is none like you to help, between the mighty and the weak. Help us, O Lord our God, ^(B)for we rely on you, ^(C)and in your name we have come against this multitude. O Lord, you are our God; let not man prevail against you.”

⁶ and said, “O Lord, God of our fathers, are you not ^(A)God in heaven? You ^(B)rule over all the kingdoms of the nations. ^(C)In your hand are power and might, so that none is able to withstand you.

¹⁹ And my God ^(A)will supply every need of yours ^(B)according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

²⁹ And he said to them, “Truly, I say to you, ^(A)there is no one who has left house or wife or brothers^[a] or parents or children, for the sake of the kingdom of God, ³⁰ who will not receive ^(B)many times more ^(C)in this time, and in ^(D)the age to come eternal life.”

^8 (A)The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, declares the Lord of hosts.

^9 (A)Rejoice, O young man, in your youth, and let your heart cheer you in the days of your youth. ^(B)Walk in the ways of your heart and ^(C)the sight of your eyes. But know that for all these things ^(D)God will bring you into judgment.
