    let the name of Israel be remembered no more!”
⁵ For they conspire with one accord;
    against you they make a covenant—
⁶ the tents of ^(D)Edom and ^(E)the Ishmaelites,
    ^(F)Moab and ^(G)the Hagrites,
^7 (H)Gebal and ^(I)Ammon and ^(J)Amalek,
    ^(K)Philistia with the inhabitants of ^(L)Tyre;
^8 (M)Asshur also has joined them;
    they are the strong arm of ^(N)the children of Lot. Selah

^20 (A)Should good be repaid with evil?
    Yet ^(B)they have dug a pit for my life.
^(C)Remember how I stood before you
    to speak good for them,
    to turn away your wrath from them.

¹³ If anyone ^(A)returns evil for good,
    ^(B)evil will not depart from his house.

^12 (A)They repay me evil for good;
    my soul is bereft.^[a]
