15 ^(A)The Spirit of God came^[a] upon Azariah the son of Oded,

^20 (A)Then the Spirit of God clothed Zechariah ^(B)the son of Jehoiada the priest, and he stood above the people, and said to them, “Thus says God, ^(C)‘Why do you break the commandments of the Lord, so that you cannot prosper? ^(D)Because you have forsaken the Lord, he has forsaken you.’”

¹⁴ And ^(A)the Spirit of the Lord came^[a] upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, son of Benaiah, son of Jeiel, son of Mattaniah, a Levite of the sons of Asaph, in the midst of the assembly.

² And Balaam lifted up his eyes and saw Israel ^(A)camping tribe by tribe. And ^(B)the Spirit of God came upon him,

^10 (A)The Spirit of the Lord was upon him, and he judged Israel. He went out to war, and the Lord gave Cushan-rishathaim king of Mesopotamia into his hand. And his hand prevailed over Cushan-rishathaim.

²¹ For ^(A)no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God ^(B)as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.
