6 Как соработники Аллаха, мы умоляем вас, чтобы принятая вами благодать Аллаха не была тщетна. 2 Ведь Он говорит:
«В благоприятное время Я услышал тебя,
и в день спасения Я помог тебе»[a].
Говорю вам, что именно сейчас благоприятное время, и сегодня – день спасения.
Истинные служители Аллаха
3 Мы не хотим ни для кого быть камнем преткновения, чтобы никто не мог ни в чём упрекнуть наше служение. 4 Мы проявляем себя истинными служителями Аллаха во всём: в великом терпении, в несчастьях, в нужде, в трудностях; 5 когда нас бьют, заключают в темницы или когда мы противостоим разъярённой толпе; в тяжёлом труде, в бессонных ночах и в голоде; 6 в чистоте, в знании, в стойкости, в доброте, в руководстве Святого Духа и искренней любви, 7 в слове истины, в силе Аллаха; с оружием праведности в правой и левой руке, 8 в славе и бесчестии, встречая как поношения, так и одобрительные отклики. Нас считают обманщиками, но мы верны; 9 нас считают безвестными, но нас знают все; нас считают умершими, но мы живы; нас наказывают, но мы не убиты; 10 нас огорчают, но мы всегда радуемся; мы бедны, но многих обогащаем; у нас нет ничего, и в то же время мы владеем всем!
11 Коринфяне! Мы вам говорили открыто обо всём. Мы проявляли к вам чистосердечную любовь. 12 Мы так любим вас, но вы не проявляете ответной любви к нам. 13 Я обращаюсь к вам, как к своим детям, так откройте же и вы в ответ ваши сердца!
Повеление не объединяться с неверующими
14 Не впрягайтесь под одно ярмо с неверующими.[b] Что общего у праведности с грехом? Что общего у света с тьмой 15 или у Масиха с Велиаром (Шайтаном)? Что общего у верующего с неверующим 16 и у храма Аллаха с идолами? Ведь мы – храм живого Бога, так как Аллах сказал о нас: «Я вселюсь в них и буду ходить среди них. Я буду их Богом, а они будут Моим народом»[c].
17 «Поэтому выйдите из их среды
и отделитесь, – говорит Вечный[d], –
не прикасайтесь к нечистому,
и Я приму вас»[e].
18 «Я буду назван вашим Отцом,
а вы Моими сынами и дочерями наречётесь»[f], –
говорит Вечный, Повелитель Сил.

Dévouement et fidélité de Paul dans son ministère
6 Puisque nous travaillons avec Dieu, nous vous exhortons à ne pas recevoir la grâce de Dieu en vain. 2 Car il dit:
Au temps favorable je t’ai exaucé,
Au jour du salut je t’ai secouru[a].
Voici maintenant le temps favorable, voici maintenant le jour du salut. 3 Nous ne voulons scandaliser personne en quoi que ce soit, afin que le ministère ne soit pas un objet de blâme. 4 Mais nous nous rendons recommandables à tous égards, comme serviteurs de Dieu, par beaucoup de patience dans les tribulations, dans les calamités, dans les détresses, 5 sous les coups, dans les prisons, dans les séditions, dans les travaux, dans les veilles, dans les jeûnes; 6 par la pureté, par la connaissance, par la longanimité, par la bonté, par l’Esprit saint, par un amour sincère, 7 par la parole de vérité, par la puissance de Dieu, par les armes offensives et défensives de la justice; 8 au milieu de la gloire et de l’ignominie, au milieu de la mauvaise et de la bonne réputation; étant regardés comme imposteurs, quoique véridiques; 9 comme inconnus, quoique bien connus; comme mourants, et voici nous vivons; comme châtiés, quoique non mis à mort; 10 comme attristés, et nous sommes toujours joyeux; comme pauvres, et nous en enrichissons plusieurs; comme n’ayant rien, et nous possédons toutes choses.
11 Notre bouche s’est ouverte pour vous, Corinthiens, notre cœur s’est élargi; 12 vous n’y êtes point à l’étroit, mais c’est votre cœur qui s’est rétréci[b] pour nous. 13 Rendez-nous la pareille – je vous parle comme à mes enfants – élargissez aussi votre cœur[c]!
Nécessité d’un choix
14 Ne vous mettez pas avec les infidèles sous un joug étranger. Car quel rapport y a-t-il entre la justice et l’iniquité? ou qu’y a-t-il de commun entre la lumière et les ténèbres? 15 Quel accord y a-t-il entre Christ et Bélial[d]? ou quelle part a le fidèle avec l’infidèle? 16 Quel rapport y a-t-il entre le temple de Dieu et les idoles? Car nous sommes le temple du Dieu vivant, comme Dieu l’a dit: J’habiterai et je marcherai au milieu d’eux; je serai leur Dieu, et ils seront mon peuple[e]. 17 C’est pourquoi,
Sortez du milieu d’eux,
Et séparez-vous, dit le Seigneur;
Ne touchez pas à ce qui est impur[f],
Et je vous accueillerai.
18 Je serai pour vous un Père,
Et vous serez pour moi des fils et des filles,
Dit le Seigneur tout-puissant[g].

Marks of the Ministry
6 We then, as (A)workers together with Him also (B)plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain. 2 For He says:
(C)“In an acceptable time I have heard you,
And in the day of salvation I have helped you.”
Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
3 (D)We give no offense in anything, that our ministry may not be blamed. 4 But in all things we commend ourselves (E)as ministers of God: in much [a]patience, in tribulations, in needs, in distresses, 5 (F)in stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labors, in sleeplessness, in fastings; 6 by purity, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Spirit, by [b]sincere love, 7 (G)by the word of truth, by (H)the power of God, by (I)the armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left, 8 by honor and dishonor, by evil report and good report; as deceivers, and yet true; 9 as unknown, and (J)yet well known; (K)as dying, and behold we live; (L)as chastened, and yet not killed; 10 as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many (M)rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.
Be Holy
11 O Corinthians! [c]We have spoken openly to you, (N)our heart is wide open. 12 You are not restricted by us, but (O)you are restricted by your own affections. 13 Now in return for the same (P)(I speak as to children), you also be open.
14 (Q)Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For (R)what [d]fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what [e]communion has light with darkness? 15 And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? 16 And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For (S)you[f] are the temple of the living God. As God has said:
(T)“I will dwell in them
And walk among them.
I will be their God,
And they shall be My people.”
17 Therefore
(U)“Come out from among them
And be separate, says the Lord.
Do not touch what is unclean,
And I will receive you.”
18 “I (V)will be a Father to you,
And you shall be My (W)sons and daughters,
Says the Lord Almighty.”
