⁵As for you, ^(A)always be sober-minded, ^(B)endure suffering, do the work of ^(C)an evangelist, ^(D)fulfill your ministry.

⁶For ^(E)I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my ^(F)departure has come. ⁷^(G)I have fought the good fight, ^(H)I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. ⁸Henceforth there is ^(I)laid up for me ^(J)the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, ^(K)the righteous judge, will award to me on ^(L)that day, and not only to me but also to all ^(M)who have loved his appearing.

⁹^(N)Do your best to come to me soon. ¹⁰For ^(O)Demas, ^(P)in love with ^(Q)this present world, ^(R)has deserted me and gone to Thessalonica. Crescens has gone to Galatia,^[a] ^(S)Titus to Dalmatia. ¹¹^(T)Luke alone is with me. Get ^(U)Mark and bring him with you, for he is very useful to me for ministry. ¹²^(V)Tychicus I have sent to Ephesus. ¹³When you come, bring the cloak that I left with Carpus at Troas, also the books, and above all the parchments.
