2 Chronicles 20:21-23

21 When he had taken counsel with the people, he appointed those who were to sing to the Lord and praise him in holy splendor, as they went before the army, saying,
“Give thanks to the Lord,
for his steadfast love endures forever.”(A)
22 As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set an ambush against the Ammonites, Moab, and Mount Seir who had come against Judah, so that they were routed.(B) 23 For the Ammonites and Moab attacked the inhabitants of Mount Seir, destroying them utterly, and when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Seir, they all helped to destroy one another.(C)

New International Version
21 After consulting the people, Jehoshaphat appointed men to sing to the Lord and to praise him for the splendor of his[a] holiness(A) as they went out at the head of the army, saying:
“Give thanks to the Lord,
for his love endures forever.”(B)
22 As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes(C) against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated. 23 The Ammonites(D) and Moabites rose up against the men from Mount Seir(E) to destroy and annihilate them. After they finished slaughtering the men from Seir, they helped to destroy one another.(F)
