2 Timothy 4:2-8

² preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; ^(A)reprove, rebuke, and ^(B)exhort, with complete patience and teaching. ^3 (C)For the time is coming when people will not endure ^(D)sound^[a] teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, ⁴ and ^(E)will turn away from listening to the truth and ^(F)wander off into myths. ⁵ As for you, ^(G)always be sober-minded, ^(H)endure suffering, do the work of ^(I)an evangelist, ^(J)fulfill your ministry.

⁶ For ^(K)I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my ^(L)departure has come. ^7 (M)I have fought the good fight, ^(N)I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. ⁸ Henceforth there is ^(O)laid up for me ^(P)the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, ^(Q)the righteous judge, will award to me on ^(R)that day, and not only to me but also to all ^(S)who have loved his appearing.
