2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, [a]unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 (A)traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 (B)having a form of godliness but (C)denying its power. And (D)from such people turn away!

2 People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money,(A) boastful, proud,(B) abusive,(C) disobedient to their parents,(D) ungrateful, unholy, 3 without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, 4 treacherous,(E) rash, conceited,(F) lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— 5 having a form of godliness(G) but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.(H)

3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
