¹⁰ But Absalom sent spies throughout the tribes of Israel, saying, “As soon as you hear the sound of the trumpet, then you shall say, ‘^(A)Absalom is king in Hebron!’”

³⁴ And have Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet ^(A)anoint him there as king over Israel, and ^(B)blow the trumpet and say, ‘^(C)Long live King Solomon!’

³⁹ And Zadok the priest then ^(A)took the horn of oil from the tent and ^(B)anointed Solomon. Then they ^(C)blew the trumpet, and all the people said, “^(D)Long live King Solomon!”
