3 Indeed, this happened to Judah at the Lord’s command to remove them from his presence.(A) It was because of the sins of Manasseh, according to all he had done,(B) 4 and also because of all the innocent blood he had shed. He had filled Jerusalem with innocent blood,(C) and the Lord was not willing to forgive.
5 The rest of the events of Jehoiakim’s reign, along with all his accomplishments, are written in the Historical Record of Judah’s Kings.(D)

New International Version
3 Surely these things happened to Judah according to the Lord’s command,(A) in order to remove them from his presence(B) because of the sins of Manasseh(C) and all he had done, 4 including the shedding of innocent blood.(D) For he had filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, and the Lord was not willing to forgive.(E)
5 As for the other events of Jehoiakim’s reign,(F) and all he did, are they not written in the book of the annals of the kings of Judah?
