17 Then (C)the king of Babylon made Mattaniah, (D)Jehoiachin’s[a] uncle, king in his place, and (E)changed his name to Zedekiah.

18 (F)Zedekiah was twenty-one years old when he became king, and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name was (G)Hamutal the daughter of Jeremiah of Libnah.
