2 Kings 23:13-15
Good News Translation
13 (A)Josiah desecrated the altars that King Solomon had built east of Jerusalem, south of the Mount of Olives,[a] for the worship of disgusting idols—Astarte the goddess of Sidon, Chemosh the god of Moab, and Molech the god of Ammon. 14 King Josiah broke the stone pillars to pieces, cut down the symbols of the goddess Asherah, and the ground where they had stood he covered with human bones.
15 (B)Josiah also tore down the place of worship in Bethel, which had been built by King Jeroboam son of Nebat, who led Israel into sin. Josiah pulled down the altar, broke its stones into pieces,[b] and pounded them to dust; he also burned the image of Asherah.

New International Version
13 The king also desecrated the high places that were east of Jerusalem on the south of the Hill of Corruption—the ones Solomon(A) king of Israel had built for Ashtoreth the vile goddess of the Sidonians, for Chemosh the vile god of Moab, and for Molek the detestable(B) god of the people of Ammon.(C) 14 Josiah smashed(D) the sacred stones and cut down the Asherah poles and covered the sites with human bones.(E)
15 Even the altar(F) at Bethel, the high place made by Jeroboam(G) son of Nebat, who had caused Israel to sin—even that altar and high place he demolished. He burned the high place and ground it to powder, and burned the Asherah pole also.
