2 Kings 18:5-8
New English Translation
5 He trusted in the Lord God of Israel; in this regard there was none like him among the kings of Judah either before or after.[a] 6 He was loyal to[b] the Lord and did not abandon him.[c] He obeyed the commandments that the Lord had given to[d] Moses. 7 The Lord was with him; he succeeded in all his endeavors.[e] He rebelled against the king of Assyria and refused to submit to him.[f] 8 He defeated the Philistines as far as Gaza and its territory, from watchtower to fortified city.

New International Version
5 Hezekiah trusted(A) in the Lord, the God of Israel. There was no one like him among all the kings of Judah, either before him or after him. 6 He held fast(B) to the Lord and did not stop following him; he kept the commands the Lord had given Moses. 7 And the Lord was with him; he was successful(C) in whatever he undertook. He rebelled(D) against the king of Assyria and did not serve him. 8 From watchtower to fortified city,(E) he defeated the Philistines, as far as Gaza and its territory.
