¹³ Yet the ^(A)Lord warned Israel and Judah ^(B)through all His prophets and ^(C)every seer, saying, “^(D)Turn from your evil ways and keep My commandments, My statutes according to all the law which I commanded your fathers, and which I sent to you through My servants the prophets.” ¹⁴ However, they did not listen, but ^(E)stiffened their neck ^[a]like their fathers, who did not believe in the Lord their God.

³ and he sees the sword coming upon the land and ^(A)blows on the trumpet and warns the people,

⁹ But if you on your part warn a wicked man to turn from his way and he ^(A)does not turn from his way, he will die in his iniquity, but you have ^(B)delivered your life.
