34 Jotham did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, just as his father Uzziah had done. 35 But the high places weren’t removed. The people continued to offer sacrifices and burn incense there. Jotham rebuilt the Upper Gate of the Lord’s temple.

36 The other events of the rule of Jotham are written down. Everything he did is written in the official records of the kings of Judah.
