¹³ Then Jehoash king of Israel seized Amaziah king of Judah, the son of Jehoash the son of Ahaziah, at Beth-shemesh, and came to Jerusalem and broke down the wall of Jerusalem from ^(A)the Gate of Ephraim to ^(B)the Corner Gate, ^[a]400 cubits.

³ They said to me, “The remnant there in the ^(A)province who remain from the captivity are in great calamity and ^(B)reproach, and ^(C)the wall of Jerusalem is broken down and ^(D)its gates are burned with fire.”
